Welcome to the Community Care Network of Virginia

Community Care Network of Virginia, Inc. (CCNV) offers a variety of network affiliation types. Community health centers, private and other health care provider practices may join CCNV as a shareholder or as a participating provider. Network participation and health care management services are provided regardless of geographical area or participation status.

CCNV is nationally certified by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Credentialing Verification Organization (CVO) since 2001.

CCNV is staffed with health care professionals who are experienced in health care management, managed care, practice operations and network development. CCNV staff provides national leadership to the Department of Health and Human Services through its Health Resources and Services Adminstration’s (HRSA) Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) under the Integrated Services Development Initiative network program.

CCNV contracts with third party payors and other health care organizations as a statewide network or in regional marketplaces.
